About the Role You will be working closely with a young student with high SEN needs, providing consistent 1:1 support to help them access learning and feel safe and supported throughout the school day. Key Responsibilities Provide tailored 1:1 support to a student with significant SEN needs. Assist with learning activities, communication, and social development.
