We’relooking for a strategic Analytics & Insights Partner to join our central Analytics & Insights team — partnering directly with our LEGO Certified Retail Stores (LCS) business to put data at the heart of every decision.

LEGO Certified Stores are fully branded LEGO retail spaces, owned andoperatedby our network of Franchise Partners — with 1,000 stores expected globally by 2026. In this role,you’llhelp build the critical capabilities that make these stores the ultimate brand and shopping experience for LEGO fans around the world.

We offer a hybrid working model called Best of Both, with 3 days in the office and2 fromhome.

Pleasenote:relocation support is not available for this position.

Analytics & Insights Partnering roles act as strategic advisors,leveragingdata-driven insights to inform decisions,optimiseperformance, and drive commercial growth. They blend business acumen, analyticalexpertise, and storytelling skills to deliver actionable recommendations that address both short-term goals and long-term strategies.
