Visum Recruitment is pleased to represent a well-established Distribution Company in the search for an experienced Regional Sales Manager covering the East Midlands (Nottingham and Derby) to support their continued growth.
Sales Manager Job Overview
Prospect and engage potential customers through research, networking, and outreach
Partner with our Sales and Marketing Director to create tailored sales strategies
Own the sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation
Travel regionally to meet clients in person and build strong, trust-based relationships
Work closely with internal sales and operations teams to ensure customers are looked after
Seamlessly transition new customers to our Key Account Managers and Site
Ensure smooth handovers for long-term relationship success

Sales Manager Requirements
Proven sales or business development experience in the industrial components, consumables and services sector (MRO)
Sales Manager Salary & Benefits
~£Company discretionary bonus
~8am – 5pm Monday – Friday
~20 days annual leave + bank holidays
