Criterion Capital is a multi-billion-pound, family-owned property company with a reputation for innovation and entrepreneurial growth. We own and manage a nationwide portfolio of commercial assets and are now seeking an experienced Asset Manager to help drive the strategic, operational, and financial performance of our retail portfolio.

This role is central to maximising asset value, ensuring operational excellence, managing risk, and leading the delivery of key investment and development projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver a forward-looking asset management strategy in line with long-term growth goals.
• Oversee the regional retail portfolio, identifying opportunities for acquisitions, redevelopment, disposals, or repositioning.
• Monitor performance and market trends, ensuring maximum value creation and risk mitigation.
• Manage capital projects and sustainability initiatives, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Support income growth through optimising occupancy, lease structures, and financial oversight.
• Collaborate across internal teams and external partners, fostering innovation and strong stakeholder relationships.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards across the portfolio.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related discipline (MRICS or equivalent desirable).
• Proven experience in commercial asset management, ideally with strong exposure to regional retail.
• Established network of retailers and agents with deep market knowledge.
• Track record of managing teams, projects, and delivering measurable financial and operational results.
• Strong skills in strategy, negotiation, project management, and financial analysis.
