The role of Assistant Manager is second in charge of the store with floor management responsibilities across the store.
The roles and responsibilities of this Assistant Manager - Premium Retail are:
To work towards the store financial, operations and service targets set by the store manager
Deliver exceptional client service by greeting and acknowledging each customer, fostering new relationships to drive sales and enhance brand loyalty.
Ensures clients receive superior after sales service.
Assists the Store Manager with managing the store schedule, timings & absentee management.
Hiring high calibre performing team members from Sales Assistant to Associate Manager level.
Attains monthly sales goal and delivers increases in other KPI goals (e.g. conversions and UPT).
Manages and coordinates the daily operations & shop floor standards -including cash handling, security measures and visual standards.
