for their customers. Your Role as an Assistant Manager: Help to oversee the full

day-to-day operations

of the residence, ensuring the highest standards of service. Lead, coach, and inspire

your team to deliver an outstanding

customer experience . Help manage all aspects of

building maintenance and facilities management

to ensure a safe, compliant, and welcoming environment. Work alongside a Facilities technician to ensure full compliance with

Health & Safety regulations, audits, and reports . What We're Looking For: Minimum 1 year' management experience

within the

retail or hospitality

industry . A proven track record of

delivering an exceptional customer experience . Some operational management experience. A natural, hands-on leader with a

passion for service and customer engagement . Excellent

planning, organisational, and financial management skills . A self-motivated, energetic, and solutions-focused approach. What's in It for You?
