OverviewAldi UK is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to help run a £multi-million store, motivate and develop a diverse and talented team, and support the Store Manager with day-to-day operations.You may be involved in deliveries, ordering, and handling customer queries one day, and in people management, performance, and holiday rotas the next. You’ll also contribute to achieving store goals by maximising sales, delivering excellent customer service, minimising costs, and optimising operational efficiency.
