From warehouse upgrades to logistics improvements and transport optimisation, you’ll work closely with technology teams and business stakeholders to turn opportunities into measurable results.As part of our wider Business Analyst Practice, you’ll join a collaborative, experienced BA community where knowledge sharing and continuous development are part of the culture. You’ll also have the chance to contribute to cross-functional projects and broaden your experience across different portfolios.What You’ll Be DoingElicit, define, and document clear, actionable business requirements that reflect genuine business needs.Own and manage requirements throughout the delivery lifecycle, ensuring alignment, traceability, and quality.Collaborate with Architects to ensure proposed solutions align with strategic and operational goals.Partner with Engineers and stakeholders to support solution design, development, and delivery.Plan and manage your own analysis workload, contributing effectively to overall project timelines.Apply structured problem-solving and critical thinking to identify and shape the best solutions.Support vendor selection processes, including creating evaluation criteria and participating in assessments.Facilitate productive workshops with stakeholders to refine requirements and gather insights.Create process models, user journeys, and other analysis artefacts to support informed decision-making.About YouYou’re curious, detail-oriented, and driven by the challenge of improving how things work.
