Typical projects include eCommerce, Supply Chain, Store Systems, CRM, Merchandising & Payments. An in-depth understanding of the Retail sector and / or related industries such as FMCG and hospitality is essential. Youll require the following experience: - 5+ years developing Business Architecture artefacts inc. Capability Models, Value Streams & Process Maps - Design & implementation experience of Target Operating Models - Experience mapping dependencies between business capabilities, technology and organisational change - Experience facilitating strategic planning and prioritisation processes - Excellent stakeholder management and vendor engagement skills
