Business Architect – Liverpool\n\nLocation: Liverpool City Centre (This is a hybrid role with the requirements to be in the office a minimum of two days per week).\n\nSalary: £65 per hour.\n\nFull Time – Monday to Friday – 37 hours.\n\nContract: Up to April 2027.\n\nAs part of our transformation journey, Liverpool is implementing an integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system that will transform our Finance, Human Resources, and Payroll functions. The new ERP system will replace our current SAP (Finance) and Oracle (Payroll) platforms, along with several smaller systems covering other functions within Finance and Resources and HR and Payroll. It will be built using Microsoft Dynamics for Finance and Resources, and MHR i-Trent for HR and Payroll. We are looking to stand up a team of experts to work in partnership with Ernst and (EY), who have been appointed to deliver the integrated solution, and internal subject matter experts to help shape the future of how we work, ensuring we deliver the best outcomes for staff and .\n\nThe Business Architect will own the design of the future ERP solution.
They will support leadership and functional teams to position and deliver the transformation successfully. The role requires an experienced transformation expert, who can guide to understand the impact of decisions being made and ensure ‘adopt not adapt’ principles are followed wherever possible.
