The Wonderfield Group has recently been purchased by Zensho Holdings, the leading food service company in Japan with a market cap of $5.5b and whose aim is to become the worlds largest food company, a position from which we can eradicate hunger and poverty from around the globe. We operate restaurants, factories, and thousands of sushi kiosks and have recently built a successful cut fruit business, Snowfruit. Combining this with the three businesses previously owned by Zensho, AFC, Sushi Circle and Sushi Take, results in annual sales of $2.5b and Ebitda in excess of $140m a year with an ambitious growth trajectory.

Were looking for someone who is not only skilled in change management but also passionate about delivering meaningful transformation that empowers teams and drives results.

Proven experience leading global business change initiatives.

Strong background in IT-enabled transformation projects.

Expertise in change methodologies (ADKAR, PROSCI or similar).

Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong problem-solving, analytical and resilience in fast-paced environments.

Experience in outcome-based delivery and measuring success of change initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver robust change plans aligned with programme goals and business priorities.

Lead stakeholder engagement and communication across multiple regions and functions.

Conduct change impact assessments, identifying risks, resistance, and readiness gaps.

Apply structured change frameworks (e.g. ADKAR, PROSCI) to guide adoption.

Create and deliver engaging communication and training plans.

Monitor and report on adoption, outcomes, and success measures.

Champion collaboration across business units to ensure change initiatives are fully integrated.
