Commercial Manager Location: Banbridge HQ Salary: £50,000 + Commission + Company Car & Phone + Excellent Benefits Package Hours: Monday to Friday | 9:00am - 5:00pm About the Opportunity: VANRATH is pleased to partner with a leading retail brand to recruit an experienced and personable Commercial Manager. This important role focuses on strengthening existing client relationships while driving ongoing business growth throughout Ireland. Role Overview: Join a thriving organisation based at their Banbridge headquarters. You will oversee a portfolio of 75 clients across Ireland, nurturing relationships and actively pursuing new business opportunities. While you'll collaborate closely with the Commercial Director, you'll also have the autonomy to manage your own portfolio and deliver results independently. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for Irish clients, ensuring outstanding service and fostering long-term partnerships. Business Development & Contract Negotiation: Lead efforts to secure new contracts across various products and services, negotiating with partners at multiple locations. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans designed to grow market share and increase revenue. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside the Commercial Director while managing your client portfolio independently and providing regular updates on progress. Market Awareness: Stay informed of market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and help shape strategic direction. Essential Criteria: Proven ability to build and sustain strong client relationships. Established contacts within the shopping centre sector, with experience selling to landlords or property managers. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, ambitious, and capable of working independently to achieve targets. Full clean driving licence.
