Job Purpose: A key role in the HR team, reporting to the Training & Competence Lead, this role will manage and ensure Learning, Training & Competence delivery and compliance across the business ensuring our workforce have the skills and competencies required to do their job to the high standards of safety, quality and delivery expected by our team and our customers. The Competence and Development Adviser will take ownership for the competence requirements across the business and provide advice on training, development and competence matters.
Key Responsibilities : Assess all offshore and site competency and compliance processes and systems with the objective of making clear recommendations for change / improvement on an ongoing basis. Responsible for working closely with all functions and teams across the business to ensure development and competence are maintained. Establish competence and development frameworks for the office based teams, working alongside technical authorities in projects and functions to ensure nexos can optimally leverage its talented workforce across all areas of the business in alignment with organisational priorities.
