We pride ourselves on creating a supportive, nurturing environment where people can be themselves.P&RI Consultant - What’s the opportunity?Work, both alongside a team and independently, on client projects, supporting project design through to deliverySupport the creation of high-quality work products within expected timeframesOwn key items for project delivery – including possible ownership of deliverables or workstreams within a projectActively participate in the preparation of materials for and delivery of project and client meetingsIdentify and internally discuss ideas for further business opportunitiesTrack and monitor project plans and milestones, as well as key project issues, risks, actions, and dependencies, and escalate where appropriateManage competing demands and priorities, from both internal and external stakeholders, to the satisfaction of all partiesUnderstand Alpha and its services and actively assessing ways to serve clientsStay abreast of LPRI trends relevant to the client's businessMake a contribution to business development, support with the development of one or two internal business management areas (e.g. contributions to thought leadership, recruitment or Alpha proposition development)Who are we looking for?Circa 3 years’ experience within financial services consulting is a must, ideally within the Life, Pensions and Retail Investments industryExperience of working on significant change projects with Blue Chip organisations covering such things as Target Operating Models, business processes and/or IT solutions within areas such as: Distribution, CRM, regulatory compliance/risk, data models & migrations, outsourcing, cost optimisation etcStrong academic background (minimum 2:1 degree) or qualified through experience in the industryWillingness to travel when neededSeniority levelAssociateEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionConsulting, Project Management, and Strategy/PlanningIndustries: Insurance, Business Consulting and Services, and Pension FundsReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Alpha FMC by 2xSign in to set job alerts for “Pension Consultant” roles.Edinburgh, Scotland, United Kingdom
