OurclientbasedinEssendineislookingtorecruitaCustomerSupportTechnicianonafulltimepermanentbasisduetothedepartmentgrowing.Workingaspartofanestablishedteamyouwillprovide1stlineremotecustomerserviceforourclientscustomers.ThisrolewillinvolveexcellentcustomerservicebutalsotheITsidetoresolvetechnicalqueries.(moredetailedITproblemsareescalatedupthroughtheproperchannels).Therolewillalsoinvolvetakinginboundcallsandtryingtoresolvetheproblemwhilstthecustomerisonthephoneandthiswillbedonebyremotelyaccessingtheclientssoftwareremotely.Logallcallsinthecorrectmanner.Afulljobdescriptionisavailableforallsuitablecandidates.
TobeconsideredforthisroleyouwillhavearealinterestinITandalsohavecustomerserviceexperience.Theroleis9to5MondaytoFridaybutoneweekoutof8youwillcoverthephonesoutofhours(notuntilfullytrained).
