We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join their busy team based in Skelmersdale. The Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, handling enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the customer journey. Our client is looking for someone proactive, professional, and confident in managing communications face to face and across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, web and in person Creating and sending quotes based on information received Providing accurate information regarding products and services Maintaining and updating customer records on internal systems Resolving complaints and issues efficiently and professionally Working closely with internal departments to support client needs Meeting individual and team-based service targets
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in a customer service or call centre environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task Good IT skills, including experience with CRM systems A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
