What you would do as our Customer Service Representative
As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a central role in delivering an exceptional service experience to our customers. Youll be responsible for managing a defined geographical customer base, working closely with the Area Sales Manager and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and account stability. This exciting opportunity will focus on delivering market-leading customer intimacy to drive loyalty and business growth.
You would also:
Efficiently manage customer accounts, process orders and ensure timely release to the warehouse.
Provide professional and prompt responses to customer queries and communications.
Support sales growth by nurturing existing accounts and handling new leads.
Contribute to strategic planning through participation in monthly customer service meetings.
Collaborate across departments and monitor buying trends to strengthen relationships and reduce churn.
