You'll be the first point of contact for customers, helping them navigate their concerns, servicing their accounts, and delivering fair, effective outcomes. Every call is a chance to make a difference.

Handling inbound calls across a range of products Putting customers first and using sound judgement to find the best solutions Owning queries from start to finish Spotting opportunities to improve how they work Collaborating with the wider Customer Services teamKey Skills and Experience of a Customer Service Representative:
