Customer Services Administrator

We are seeking a highly dedicated customer service advisor who can confidently deliver excellent customer service to our customers and provide internal support to our product sales consultants by resolving non-product related issues.
Key Tasks:
- Ensure all customer after-sales issues are dealt with according to Andertons standards of excellence and within agreed time targets.
- Provide support to the sales team in pre/post-related activities.
- Administrative support to the sales team and help cover additional administrative tasks
- Resolve courier issues and process refunds and exchanges
Key Skills
- Active listening skills and ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Strong administrative skills and the ability to multi-task
- Clear and articulate telephone manner
- A high attention to detail and the ability to work quickly and accurately
- Be adaptable and resourceful in coming up with good solutions to any customer problems.
- Ability to stay calm and take ownership of and be accountable for resolving customer issues
