Are you passionate about delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets? We’re looking for a Customer Sales Advisor to join a busy store in Hornsey, helping customers every day while contributing to the smooth running of the store.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers face-to-face and over the phone, providing advice and selling products and services Maximise every sales opportunity to meet and exceed targets Complete administrative tasks to ensure compliance with company procedures Maintain a clean, safe, and organised store environment Take responsibility for lone working and key holder duties when required Operate forklifts where applicable and support general store tasks What We’re Looking For: Clear and confident communicator with strong verbal and written skills Self-disciplined, detail-focused, and adaptable to team or lone working Motivated to learn about products and services and to provide excellent customer experiences Comfortable with physical aspects of the role, including store rounds and occasional forklifting Why This Role?
