What you'll doSupport the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of your storeTarget-driven approach to KPIsManage, motivate, and develop the store teamMaintain excellent shop floor presentationEnsure adequate stock levels are always maintainedConsistently deliver excellent customer service
What you'll needTo have completed your A Levels or equivalentMinimum of 2 years management experience in a fast-paced environmentFull driving licenceA passion for working in a fast-paced, varied environment, hitting targets and meeting deadlinesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsThe flexibility to work varying shift patternsPreferably, previous experience working as an Assistant Store Manager, but this is not essential provided you have the right attitude
