RoleDigital Shelf Analyst
Role Summary:
With Search directly accounting for 70% of all eCommerce basket adds, the Digital shelf plays the instrumental role in a shopper’s journey
We're looking for a Digital Shelf Analyst to drive increased traffic and conversion across all Haleon brands externally with our retailers
Working with BU Digital Shelf Manager, local brand and sales teams to deliver Haleon’s Digital Shelf ambition through best-in-class content, search and ratings & reviews
This role will have dotted-line accountability to the regional Digital Shelf Analyst in order deliver a holistic Digital Shelf visibility for Haleon GB.
Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesImplement Best-In-Class Digital Shelf Strategy
Work closes with the EMEA Digital Shelf Analyst and implement the strategy for GBI
Lead external agencies to track and execute digital shelf optimisation and ratings/reviews
Work on clear measures and parameters for Digital Shelf; search, content and rating & reviews
Coordinate with BU DComm Media Manager and CBMs to define KW territories and optimise eContent on power ASINs
On Site Audit & Optimisation
Run digital shelf audits by customer with analysis of the outcomes and build a proposed set of actions needed
Conduct continual analysis of competitor activity and market trends in dComm channels and share these on a regular basis with the wider audience
Drive the change needed at the shelf and in the content area within the organisation, working cross-functionally with Marketing and Sales teams
Prepare and present to the customers overview of the digital shelf and propose support in implementing changes
SEO optimisation of all product titles, product descriptions and brand stores
Required Knowledge & Expertise
Strong analytical skills and experience with overseeing business reviews
Strong communication skills and ability to lead the audience
Passionate about creating something new and an ability to drive compelling ideas and execution, both externally and internally
Be a self starter that can take a step back to understand wider business implications before making decisions
Sense of urgency, responsibility and learning agility
Very good stakeholder management and communication skills
Able to influence teams and senior management alike
Good at building business relationships internally and externally with partners and suppliers
Work well in a team environment as well as autonomously
Prioritize and can plan ahead to overcome obstacles
Preferred Knowledge & Expertise
An understanding of Digital Shelf Management
An interest in the world of digital commerce would be advantageous
Previous working experience in marketing, digital media, sales or digital commerce would be a plus
