Director of EX Consultancy

Location: London (Hybrid)

Salary: £90,000–£100,000 + bonus + benefits

A strategic leadership opportunity with a consultancy where data meets creativity. This role is ideal for a T-shaped consultant with deep expertise in Employee Experience and broad capability across internal communications, culture transformation, and organisational change.

Responsibilities:

• Build and lead strategic relationships with senior clients across multiple sectors
• Deliver innovative, insight-led programmes that transform employee experience
• Mentor and grow a high-performing consultancy team
• Drive commercial success and contribute to long-term business strategy
• Act as a thought leader in EX and internal communications

Requirements

• 8+ years in a senior consultancy role (agency-side experience essential)
• Specialism in Employee Experience, with strong internal communications knowledge
• Proven track record in growing client accounts and winning new business
• Commercial acumen and experience managing large budgets
• A creative, curious mindset – fluent in both data and storytelling
