Location: South of England (ideally within reach of Waterlooville HQ)

Are you a commercially driven leader with a passion for SaaS, innovation, and high-performing teams? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments where strategy, growth, and operational excellence converge?

We’re looking for a Director to take full ownership of two established and high-performing brands within our SaaS Retail & Hospitality vertical. This is a strategic leadership role with broad commercial scope, where you'll shape the direction, drive market expansion, and play a key role in our group’s next phase of growth.

This is more than a leadership role; it’s a chance to take already successful brands and supercharge them.

What you’ll be doing:


You’ll be responsible for the full end-to-end performance of the business, from product strategy, revenue growth and customer retention to operational delivery and innovation. This includes:

Developing and delivering a clear growth strategy in line with wider group goals

Leading and inspiring cross-functional teams across sales, onboarding, operations, product and development

Owning the P&L and driving performance against key financial targets (including Rule of 40)

Identifying market trends and evolving our value proposition to meet customer needs

Working with central product and marketing teams to shape go-to-market strategies

Representing the brands at external events and forging strong partnerships

Championing team development, accountability, and high performance across the organisation

Collaborating with the M&A team to identify acquisition targets and support the group inorganic growth strategy

You won’t be doing it alone. You’ll inherit an experienced, capable, and motivated leadership team already delivering strong results, allowing you to focus on scale, strategy, and execution.

We’re looking for someone who:

Has a strong commercial background and proven track record of owning and growing a P&L

Is customer centric with experience in shaping strategy around customer and market demands

Brings leadership experience across multiple functions within software, SaaS, or payments

Is both a strategic thinker and hands-on operator; someone who thrives in scale-up style environments

Has excellent people leadership skills and knows how to get the best from experienced teams

Is highly analytical, commercially astute, and outcome-focused

Can communicate and influence with impact, both internally and externally
