Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leasing advice to landlords and occupiers across key UK retail assets, aligning with business plans and tenant mix strategies.
  • Lead national client accounts, including portfolio-wide mandates, business development, and performance reporting.
  • Negotiate leases, renewals, re-gears, and disposals, representing both landlords and occupiers.
  • Foster strong stakeholder relationships to ensure client satisfaction, retention, and long-term collaboration.
  • Drive business development and innovation across shopping centre instructions and tenant representation, identifying growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate across departments and international teams to deliver integrated services and support global retail clients.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of retail leasing with a focus on major shopping centre leasing and occupier representation
  • In-depth knowledge of the UK retail market
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Track record of winning new instructions
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, collaborating across all levels and departments
