Essential criteria

• Procurement Experience or similar
• Interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to prioritise and complete operational tasks against strategic needs
• Advanced MS Excel

Desirable criteria

• Willing to commit to/or undertaking CIPS Study
• Understanding of Public Sector Procurement
• Continued Professional Development
• Ability to perform under pressure
