Due to significant growth and future expansion, Autoglym is recruiting for an E-commerce Specialist to join our sales team. This is a full-time, permanent role offering remote working with some office visits at our Letchworth HQ. The position offers great progression opportunities.
As an E-commerce Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Working with the Ecommerce Channel Manager to develop and implement category-specific strategies for our partners including Amazon, eBay, and other marketplaces.
- Owning and streamlining internal processes using datasets to drive growth.
- Being the first point of contact for our pureplay partners, managing ad strategies, catalog maintenance, NPD launches, and optimization across UK, France, Spain, Italy, and Germany.
- Aligning metrics and catalog strategies with third-party ad agencies, and collaborating with stakeholders on product listings, launches, and promotions.
What are we looking for?
- Good understanding of Ecommerce platforms, paid ads, digital data, and content strategy is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence to work with all management levels.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- A relevant bachelor's degree is a plus but not essential.
