Ribbons & Reeves are looking for empathetic, driven, and academically strong English Graduates to join our outstanding partner schools across Havering. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience supporting students on a 1:1 and small-group basis, while developing the skills needed for a future career in Education, Teaching, or Child Development.
The role of an English Graduate Teaching Assistant:
Work closely with students aged 1118 who have a range of SEND needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, Speech & Language difficulties, and Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
Provide 1:1 and small-group interventions, helping students overcome barriers to learning and achieve their potential.
Support teachers in creating inclusive and engaging classroom environments.
Monitor student progress and contribute to personalised learning plans.
Collaborate with SENCOs, therapists, and support staff to ensure every child receives the care and guidance they need.
What were looking for:
A 1st Class or 2:1 degree in English
