Overview We are seeking an experienced Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to join a major engineering organisation’s Facilities Management & Real Estate team in Broughton. The role supports a safe, compliant, and inclusive workplace while overseeing EHS across facilities, construction, and maintenance operations. This long-term contract offers stability, with the potential to transition to a permanent position for the right candidate.

Responsibilities Support FMRE operations, ensuring effective risk management and compliance with all safety regulations. Conduct audits, inspections, and reviews of contractor safety systems. Provide competent advice for projects in line with CDM Regulations and the Building Safety Act. Lead investigations, implement corrective actions, and promote a strong safety culture.
