You’ll be working out of our HQ in London and to ensure a never ending growth curve, we provide you with:An opportunity for getting operational experience in a scale-up where both your work and the results are highly tangible and matters to the businessA chance to work closely together with the CPO on the strategy for our conferencesUnlimited growth potential in our company - we strongly believe in and have a track record of promoting internallyYour ResponsibilitiesYour responsibilities will vary; however, some of them will be to:Plan, structure and coordinate all conferences on a strategic level; decide on dates, choose venues and negotiate best priceCreate the greatest conference experiences by innovating on creative new opportunities and ideasNegotiate with vendors (catering, accommodation, transportation, facilities)Plan conferences on an operational level e.g. floor planning, invitations, signage, special needs requirements, printing etc.Manage conferences by ensuring everything runs smoothly on the days of our conferences enabling us to always surpass our former high attendee satisfactionWhat we expect from youYou possess an unparalleled work ethic with a high sense of urgency. Furthermore, we expect that you:Have acquired a bachelor\'s or master\'s degree with outstanding resultsWilling to work in a role with outstanding performance within event planning or coordination, marketing, public relations or another relevant fieldHave a UK work permitHave an exceptional eye for aesthetics and detailsAre well-organised and able to structure and prioritise your workLike to build and nurture relationsStartdateFlexibleThe role is onsite, Monday to Friday, based in our offices at Buckingham Gate. It is essential we work at a fast pace and collaborate in person to create market-leading, unmatched events throughout the calendar year.
