Overview Role Title: Festive Retail Associate – Exeter – 7.5 hours per week. This is a temporary role until 27/12/2025. You will be based in Exeter but will be required to travel to different stores within your zone (approximately 20 minutes travel within the zone). Due to the nature of the role, please ensure you have access to your own vehicle and a full driving licence. Shift pattern: 2 Monday shifts, 2 Wednesday shifts and 3.5 Thursday shifts. You will complete your full shift between 9:00 and 17:00. Note: The Christmas period is our busiest time and we are unable to authorise any leave in December. Please bear this in mind when applying. Provide face-to-face contact and merchandising expertise within retail stores. Merchandise products to visual merchandising guidelines. Put out deliveries of new stock and maintain housekeeping standards. Set up and support promotional activities. Work with host management teams to build relationships and identify opportunities to improve sales.

Requirements

Prior experience in a customer-facing setting is required; fashion brands are a plus. Sales and/or retail sales experience is preferred. Access to a phone with an up-to-date operating system. Available to start by mid November (latest).
