Job Purpose

You will join our pool of financial professionals providing financial guidance and support for our network of over 350 retail stores operating in over 5 countries. You will help ensure the retail network achieves business objectives in a controlled and cost-effective manner.

Job Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of finance business partnering across several departments within our UK Stores business.
• Support and work on projects for the entire EMEA stores business.
• Collaborate with peers on projects across Stores Pool EMEA to deliver EMEA-wide objectives, alongside UK stakeholders.
• Provide information and insights to support informed business decisions.
• Identify and prioritise key tactical and strategic projects to support Retail Business targets.
• Help the business identify profitable ways to develop competitive advantage.
• Evaluate current practices and develop opportunities to improve efficiencies.

Job Requirements

• Qualification in Finance or Accounting.
• Executive Master of Finance and Control (Registered Controller) or CMA or CIMA, or MBA (preferred).
• Significant experience as a finance professional.
• Strong background in business partnering.
