Due to continued success, we now require a QSR Retail Auditor to work with global fast-food brands to ensure they are operating to the highest quality. This is an important role in the fight to ensure food safety throughout the UK.

ABOUT YOU We are currently seeking someone who has a background in Food Service or Retail Food to join our global organisation as aQSR Retail Auditor and join us on a zero-hours, to cover the Birmingham region. Required skills and experience: Experience working in a retail, restaurant, or food factory/processing environment alongside experience of being audited, or conducting audits, would be highly desirable Ideally, have previous work experience in the Food Service industry, with some exposure to Food Safety, however, full training can be provided by our experienced team Level 2, 3 or Level 4 Food Safety qualification is advantageous Level 2, 3 or Level 4 HACCP qualification is advantageous Good working knowledge of Health and Safety in a Restaurant/Food environment Mathematics and English GCSEs, or equivalent, are essential Full UK Driving licence and own car
