The Role:

Supporting students aged 11-16 with a range of special educational needs (including autism, ADHD, dyslexia, and social, emotional, or mental health needs). Working 1:1 or in small groups to help pupils access the curriculum and achieve their full potential. Collaborating with the SENCO, teachers, and pastoral team to deliver targeted support strategies. Encouraging positive behaviour, emotional well-being, and independence. Assisting in adapting learning materials and classroom resources for individual learners.The Ideal Candidate:
