A nurturing primary school in Birmingham is seeking a Graduate SEN Teacher Assistant to join their team. This role is ideal for graduates seeking classroom experience while making a real difference to children’s development and wellbeing.

As a teacher assistant, you’ll work with pupils aged 4–11, providing one-to-one and small group support. Under the guidance of teachers and SEN staff, you'll help deliver personalised interventions and encourage emotional, social and academic growth.

Your role will include:

Supporting children with SEN in class and during interventions
Assisting with EHCPs and tailored learning plans
Promoting a calm, inclusive learning environment
Encouraging communication, confidence, and emotional regulation
Working with teachers, SENCOs and external professionals
