Tradewind Recruitment is working with a welcoming mainstream secondary school in Greenwich seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their team immediately. This full-time, long-term role is ideal for a recent graduate eager to gain practical classroom experience and take the first step towards a career in education.

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you'll support teachers in delivering engaging lessons, work with students in small groups and one-to-one, and help create a positive and inclusive learning environment. You'll play a key role in encouraging student participation and supporting their academic and personal development.

Requirements:

  • A degree in any subject area

  • A genuine interest in education and supporting young people

  • Previous experience working with children or young people (desirable but not essential)

  • A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
