Were looking for an experienced Market Supervisor to join our busy grocery team. If you have a background in high-volume retail or grocery environments and enjoy leading teams to deliver excellent results, this role could be ideal for you. What youll do Oversee daily operations in the grocery department, ensuring stock is received, stored, and displayed correctly. Maintain compliance with food safety and health & safety standards. Support with daily stock ordering and replenishment based on customer demand. Lead and motivate your team to deliver efficient, high-quality service. Requirements At least 1 year of experience working as a supervisor within a high-volume retail department or grocery stores. Someone with fantastic communication skills and able to lead, motivate, and inspire a team. Excellent organisational skills and can-do attitude. Experience receiving deliveries or working in a stockroom is beneficial but not essential. Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and available for early morning start at 5 am. Willingness to be flexible and support multiple teams.
