HEAD OF RETAIL PRICING | Build from the Ground Up

Our client is building something bold — and we need a pricing leader to help shape it.

Global insurance business is launching a new retail division and is seeking an experienced pricing retail actuary who understands the MGA / broker channel market. You will drive strategy, build a team, and influence underwriting across the business.

You’ll be deeply embedded in both the technical and commercial sides of the business.

We’re looking for:

• Strong pricing background in personal lines / SME
• Experience with MGAs, broker channels or aggregator models
• Someone hands-on, strategic, and confident talking directly with execs & brokers
• A builder – not afraid to roll up their sleeves and grow something from day one

Hybrid working: 3 days in our London office but flexibility when needed.
