The Role
The successful candidate will take ownership of delivering outstanding retail performance and operational excellence across multiple stores, with responsibility for:
Driving sales performance and achieving ambitious growth targets across the UK store network.
Elevating retail standards to ensure a consistent, world-class customer experience.
Leading, inspiring, and developing store teams, coaching Store Managers into confident, high-performing leaders.
Translating commercial strategy into actionable retail execution on the shop floor.
Partnering with senior leadership across functions to maintain brand consistency and maximise commercial opportunities.
Identifying opportunities for operational improvement, expansion, and future scalability.
