Health and Safety Manager – Wolverhampton (Hybrid) - £65,000 - £70,000 – International Travel

Reporting to the Group EHS Lead, the Global Health and Safety Manager will:

Own and deliver the UK&I EHS strategy, driving performance across multiple manufacturing and logistics sites. Build local capability and embed structured systems and processes. Partner with senior leaders to shape culture and influence behavioural change at all levels. Lead on core technical areas including machinery safety, ergonomics, incident investigation, contractor control, and risk management. Present performance data and KPIs at Board level, using insight to drive action and accountability. What are they looking for?

NEBOSH General Certificate as a minimum, Diploma or equivalent preferred. Proven EHS leadership experience within manufacturing and logistics environments. Experience Managing Multiple sites Demonstrated ability to design and deliver multi-site EHS programmes. Skilled at engaging with senior stakeholders and influencing behavioural change.
