Health & Safety Manager – Manufacturing | Wolverhampton

We are working with a major manufacturer with over 200 shop floor employees, looking for a hands-on Health & Safety Manager to lead the safety culture on site. You'll be the go-to expert for all things health, safety, and environment – driving compliance, reducing risk, and making sure everyone gets home safe, every day.

What you’ll do:

Champion health, safety, and environmental standards across the site.

*

Carry out risk assessments, audits, and inspections to ensure full compliance.

*

Investigate incidents, spot trends, and roll out improvements.

*

Deliver training, toolbox talks, and engage teams in safety initiatives.

*

Lead site emergency preparedness and contractor safety management.

*

Drive sustainability and environmental performance improvements.

What we’re looking for:

*

NEBOSH qualified (essential), IOSH membership (preferred).

*

Proven HSE experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

*

Strong knowledge of UK HSE legislation.

*

Confident communicator .

*

Proactive, organised, and passionate about creating a safe workplace.
