We’re looking for a proactive individual to lead and evolve our health and safety function across a complex production, blending, and warehouse environment. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of H&S in a business that’s scaling rapidly and values common-sense, practical solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Own and implement a robust Health & Safety Management System, conducting gap analysis and driving improvements. Ensure compliance with key regulations including COSHH, PUWER, ATEX, LOLER, and DSEAR. Lead fire and risk assessments, manage audits (ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001), and support waste handling strategies. Engage with stakeholders across logistics, manufacturing, and facilities to embed a safety-first culture. Deliver training, mentor teams, and support change management initiatives. Strategically zoom out to plan and zoom in to deliver — balancing vision with hands-on execution.What We’re Looking For:
