The business delivers a wide range of projects across commercial, education, NHS, and local authority sectors and employs around 50 people directly. This role is both office and site-based, with no hybrid or home working.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * \n\n Develop, review, and update Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and Construction Phase Plans\n\n * \n\n Compile and manage project Health & Safety completion files\n\n * \n\n Maintain and oversee ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 certifications\n\n * \n\n Ensure compliance with all Health & Safety and environmental accreditations\n\n * \n\n Conduct regular site inspections and audits, providing reports and recommendations for improvement\n\n * \n\n Manage PPE supplies and ensure correct usage across the workforce\n\n * \n\n Lead the Health & Safety training programme for employees\n\nRequirements\n\n * \n\n Minimum 5 years’ experience in Health & Safety, ideally within construction\n\n * \n\n NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent professional qualifications\n\n * \n\n Strong knowledge of ISO management systems and auditing processes\n\n * \n\n Confident in performing inspections, audits, and compliance checks\n\n * \n\n Full UK driving licence\n\nBenefits\n\n * \n\n Competitive salary up to £50,000\n\n * \n\n £5,000 car allowance\n\n * \n\n Private medical cover\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity to join a respected construction company with a stable workload and a strong reputation across the West Midlands.
