We are recruiting a Hospital Construction Cost Planners and Senior Cost Managers to support the cost planning and estimating of design changes within our clients hospital construction programme.

You will;

• Assist in developing cost planning approaches aligned with programme goals. 

• Apply “Design to Budget” principles and support value-based design decisions. 

• Prepare and maintain cost models and estimates during design development. 

• Collaborate with technical, clinical, and design teams to ensure cost plans reflect programme requirements. 

• Communicate cost implications of design decisions to project teams. 

• Use digital tools (e.g., BIM, CostX, cost databases) to support estimating accuracy. 

You will have;

• Experience in capital cost estimating and modelling in healthcare or major projects 

• Proficient in digital estimating tools (e.g., BIM, CostX).  

• Strong in use of CostX. 

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. 

• Effective communicator with ability to present cost data clearly. 

• Collaborative mindset and ability to work across multidisciplinary teams. 

• Ability to interpret data to support cost decisions.
