Inventory Controller

Location: Mansfield

Contract Type: Permanent

Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00

Due to continued growth and expansion, we are recruiting an Inventory Controller to join our business in Mansfield on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and warehouse experience to progress their career in a supportive environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

* Monitor asset usage, condition, and lifecycle, scheduling maintenance and repairs as required

* Conduct regular audits and physical inventories to ensure accurate asset tracking

* Implement and manage asset tagging and tracking systems

* Carry out regular safety inspections, maintaining a safe and organised warehouse environment

* Document and report any inventory discrepancies, taking appropriate corrective action

* Oversee receiving, storage, and distribution of products, materials, and equipment

Experience and Skills Required:

* Good standard of education

* Previous experience in asset management and/or warehouse operations

* Strong organisational and multitasking skills

* High attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping

* Full UK driving licence

* Ability to stand, walk, and move around the warehouse for extended periods
