We are working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school that require dedicated a 1:1 Teaching Assistant to support Key Stage 1 pupils with Special Education Needs.

The Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and caring individual to join our team and provide tailored 1:1 support for pupils with SEN. You will work closely with the class teacher, SENCo, and other staff members to create an inclusive and engaging learning experience.

Responsibilities

Provide 1:1 support to pupils with specific learning needs in EYFS and KS1. Assist with implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and adapting activities to suit the pupil's needs. Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment. Support the social, emotional, and educational development of the pupils. Liaise with teachers, SENCo, and parents to ensure consistent progress. Assist with classroom activities, maintaining a calm and inclusive atmosphere.About You
