The successful candidate will be responsible for driving digital growth and managing key e-retail accounts across the UK & Ireland, optimising brand presence, and delivering strong sales performance while ensuring a best-in-class online experience for both brands.ResponsibilitiesOversee and grow the e-retail performance of La Prairie and Chantecaille in the UK and Ireland.Manage key e-retail accounts, optimise brand presence, and drive sales through digital channels in the UK market.Manage trade investments across e-retail accounts, monitor KPIs and ROI.Build and deliver a business acceleration strategy for the UK & Ireland e-retail business.Create a differentiated plan by e-retailer and brand, aligned with each brands' annual calendars and priorities.Develop and leverage strong relationships with all UK e-retail partners.Proactively propose test-and-learn initiatives and adapt to business trends and ad-hoc needs.Set and achieve weekly/monthly/annual e-retail sales targets for La Prairie and Chantecaille.Monitor sell-out performance, analyse trends, and make data-driven recommendations.Track competitor activity and trends to identify opportunities for growth.Produce regular e-retail performance reports with actionable insights.Oversee e-retail presence for both brands, ensuring best-in-class online experience.Adapt and deliver assets for new and existing SKUs, ensuring timely upload of assets, copy, banners, etc.Leverage retailer relationships to secure free-of-charge site visibility and editorial inclusion.Manage and optimise retailer digital coop media budgets to achieve visibility, traffic and conversion KPIs.Collaborate with the La Prairie regional digital team and regional media agency to ensure regional media buys reflect UK objectives.Own the commercial calendar for both brands, leveraging sampling, GWP and promotional activities in line with brand priorities and objectives.Work cross-functionally with wider La Prairie and Chantecaille marketing teams to ensure cohesive omnichannel execution.Collaborate with Operations to manage forecasts, stock availability and value-added services.Identify cross-brand synergies and process improvements to simplify workflows.Support growth and development of the La Prairie Marketing Assistant.QualificationsExperience:Significant experience in UK e-retail, with a track record of driving sales growth.Strong understanding of the UK beauty e-retail landscape and e-commerce best practices.Experience with key beauty e-retailers is a plus.Full understanding of e-retail KPIs and the levers to drive performance.Experience working in a cross-functional environment with a diverse stakeholder set.Skills/Behaviors:Results-driven and detail-oriented.Ability to multi-task and prioritise across two dynamic brands.Adept at performing in-depth analysis, synthesising results, providing data-driven insights, and making strategic recommendations.Self-reliant and solution-oriented.Passionate about e-retail with an interest in the luxury beauty industry.Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.BenefitsIn return, La Prairie offers:A good salary with a new competitive commission scheme33 holiday days (including bank holidays) pro-rated based on working daysGenerous product allocation & discountLong Service Awards starting with 3 years\' serviceGratis of new launchesContributory pension scheme - 5% employer contributionEmployee referral bonuses #J-18808-Ljbffr
