What You ll Be Doing: Supporting students in the classroom and assisting with the school s Additional Learning Needs (ALN) provision Helping pupils stay focused, confident, and engaged in their learning Building positive relationships with students and staff Providing one-to-one or small group support where needed Learning and applying behaviour management strategies Contributing to a safe, inclusive, and encouraging school environment What We re Looking For: We re looking for individuals with the right attitude and transferable skills.
