The Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
• Work closely with classroom teachers to provide tailored support to students with additional learning needs.
• Offer 1:1 and small group interventions to help learners build confidence and achieve academic success.
• Encourage independence, resilience, and positive learning behaviours.
• Contribute to an inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued and supported.
About You
• Experience supporting SEN students in a school setting (secondary experience preferred).
• Empathy, patience, and a genuine passion for education.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
