Location: Bradford
Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum
Hours: Full time, 9:00am-5:30pm

We're delighted to be partnering with a highly reputable legal firm based in Bradford who are looking to welcome an experienced Legal Cashier to their Finance team on a permanent basis. The Role

As Legal Cashier, you'll play a key role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the firm's financial records. You'll work closely with colleagues across the business, ensuring compliance with the Solicitors Accounts Rules (SAR) while providing a high level of service to internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Completing daily bank reconciliations
Processing and allocating electronic and manual receipts
Checking, processing and inputting CHAPS payments
Managing staff expenses
Providing general office and administrative support to the wider team
Ensuring all financial transactions comply with Solicitors Accounts Rules

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous experience in a Legal Cashier or similar finance role within a law firm
Strong working knowledge of Solicitors Accounts Rules
Excellent accuracy, attention to detail and organisational skills
A proactive, team‑focused approach with a willingness to support colleagues
Confidence working with financial systems and Excel
